4 week session in September (7th, 14th, 21st, 28th)
4 week session in October (5th, 12th, 19th, 26th)
4 week session in November (2nd, 9th, 16th, 30th)

$48 for one 4 week session
(must register for all 4 weeks in the session)
This class is perfect for those wishing to try yoga for the very first time as well as those who have practiced yoga previously and wish to keep practicing!
We will practice gentle yoga together at a slow pace with a focus on both breath and form.
Please bring a yoga mat (if you have one) along with a cushion or pillow to sit on.
And, please consult your doctor to receive his/her approval prior to coming to class if you have any serious medical conditions.
Also, teenagers are welcome to attend the class but anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
