Parties at HCA
PAINTING or ARTS AND CRAFTS PARTY
Party guests will enjoy painting or an age appropriate art or craft choice with provided supplies for the event. Each guest will take home their own art project. For 12 participants including the birthday person. Party is 1.5 hours
Art Projects are based on age ranges.
Group Age 1: Ages 3 - 5
Group Age 2: Ages 6 - 12
Group Age 3: Ages 13 - 18
Group Age 4: Adults

TUMBLING PARTY
Enjoy tumbling while your child jumps, dives, and tumbles on our tumbling equipment. For 12 participants including the birthday child. Ages 4-12. This party is 1.5 hours.

BALLERINA PRINCESS PARTY
Enjoy a royal celebration while creating fun memories. Guests will be swept away with dress up, games, and crafts. For 12 participants including the birthday child. Ages 4-10. This party is 1.5 hours. Party guests may come dressed up as a princess as well if desired.

Overall Guidelines:
Parties are 1.5 hours long. One hour for the activity and 30 minutes at the end for the birthday child’s adult host to supervise serving the cupcakes and drinks.
The parties are scheduled according to space availability and staff.
Parents of the birthday guest may arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the party for additional set up (see below). HCA party host(s) will be there to assist you. Tablecloths and paper products will already be set up. We ask that the party area is cleaned up by the parents within 15 minutes of the party’s completion.
One parent of the birthday child (ages 12 and below) must stay with the party at all times. All other parents of guests are welcome to wait in the lobby/common area of HCA, but will not be able to attend the party due to space limitations.
The party area can be decorated with balloons that can be tied to a chair or table, or tabletop decorations. No decorations can be attached to walls, windows, or ceilings.
We will provide you with solid color plates, cups, napkins, and tablecloths. If you would like themed items, you are welcome to provide those. Tables are 6’ in length.
The signed contract and party payment are due within seven (7) days of placing the hold. Parties canceled up to two weeks prior to the party date will receive a 50% refund or be rescheduled for a fee of $25.00. Anything less than two weeks’ notice is non-refundable.
