Creative Movement
Ages 3-5 year-olds
Placement is by age, no dance experience is necessary. These classes, are designed for preschoolers and will help them to explore movement and music in a social, energetic, and fun environment. Children will focus on basic dance movements and positions of dance through creative movement and music.
*parents must stay in the building for all preschool classes. HCA teachers are not permitted to take a child to the bathroom. If a child needs assistance in the bathroom, you must remain in the building for the entirety of his/her class.*

We focus on correct dance techniques, inspiring our students to do their best, and performance expression. We want each of our students to meet their own goals in dance. Cup of Tea: Mother's Time Out
9:30-10:30 AM, Thursday Mornings
A time for moms to share stories, recipes, seasonal decorating ideas, family traditions, books, and other ideas over a cup of tea or coffee.

Student Division Ballet
Ballet 1
5-6 year-olds (must have turned 5 by Aug. 1)
Placement is by age, no dance experience is necessary.

Pre-Professional Ballet Division
Ballet 5
Advanced-level ballet with emphasis on pointe technique. Placement is by teacher.
Two technique classes plus pointe (for girls) per week are required.

Tumbling Performance
Classes
(teacher placement only, Tumbling and Elite class required, dance class recommended)

An invitation-only tumbling performance group. Must currently take intermediate or advanced level tumbling classes. Includes performance opportunities.
Elite
6:15-7:15 PM Mondays
An invitation-only tumbling performance group. Must currently take intermediate or advanced level tumbling classes. Includes performance opportunities.
Tumbling 5:
By teacher placement only.

Baton Classes
Students will learn proper techniques for twirling a baton along with the skills they might need for routines as a majorette in a marching band or for performing in parades and on stage.
Baton I: Beginner level, No experience necessary.
5:30 - 6:30 PM Wednesdays
Baton II: Intermediate level. Placement is by teacher.
6:30 - 7:30 PM Wednesdays
