There is a reason why William Shakespeare’s works have stood the test of time. His plays can be performed in their original form or they can be redone in different time periods, different ways, with diverse and different characters. This class will take a look at several of Shakespeare’s works and adaptations other artists have done that were inspired by The Bard. Each student will work on their personal craft of writing by working on an adaptation of their own.

This class will finish with a small performance in April or May if students would like to participate.
