Art Therapy incorporates creative methods of expression through visual art media.  Art Therapist, Cheyenne Caraway, will be leading this open studio, encouraging processing art through a therapeutic lens, and prompting introspection.  Cheynne will gently guide you through art as therapy.  From this class, you can expect to come in and create whatever you like while being helped by and artist and therapist in one.
